Office and Administration

To support the operations of the G. Little Group, our Office Manager and her staff provide full service accounting and record systems, detailed and itemized billing, and all methods of payment included cash, cheque, and credit or debit cards. Customer account activations are handled promptly and confidentially. The office manages and maintains our various communication systems, to ensure our customers can reach the correct staffer promptly. All customers are made welcome when they visit.

George Little, GSC, President and General Manager has worked in the Electrical Industry for many years as an electrician, foreman, estimator, project superintendent and he remains active and qualified and holds a Class A Electrical Contractor certification (unrestricted), Security Alarm Licence, and is Gold Seal Certified to provide leadership in the firm and service to its clients. George remains interested and participates in various positions on advisory boards, associations, and business organizations to the betterment of the industry and community.

Lori Ketola, Officer Manager has brought extensive experience and qualifications to the firm, and remains very much a driving influence in our operations. She has been a key staffer since 2001. Her roles include finance, accounting, business management, and human resources.

Debbie Little, Administrative Assistant, has extensive experience and training in business, and is the first contact person for the firm. Debbie can step into many roles as needed to ensure our customers receive prompt and efficient service.

Ken MacDermott, Project/Service Manager, has been with the firm since 1991, and is a Journeyman Electrician and is certified as a Class B Electrical Contractor. Ken manages the day to day field operations and provides customer quotation services for small to medium size projects.

Lou Richard, Alarm Technician, has been with the firm since 1997, and heads up our G. Little Alarms Division. Lou is licensed and qualified as a Security Alarm Installer, and holds many other certificates for various training for Alarm, CCTV, data, and telephone wiring. Lou also holds a security licence with the Solicitor General's office, Security Programs Division. Lou can provide service and quotations for his customers. Lou also acts as our company safety officer.

Wayne Chester, Electrical Foreman and Estimator, joined our firm 2 years ago, and he manages our larger projects. Wayne brings extension training and experience to the firm, and he is available to provide a complete estimating service to General Contractors and owners.

Aaron Yazlovasky, HVAC Foreman, heads up our HVAC Division, and manages all service and installation for heating, air conditioning, heat pumps, roof top units, gas fitting and sheet metal projects. Aaron brings his enthusiastic approach to his work, and provides a complete quotation service for his Division.
